Here at Bohémsky we pride ourselves in making sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. By making sure that the garments you purchase have been looked over and examined before distribution, we ensure that the garments meet our standards and your expectations.

Bohémsky offers store credit or exchange for any products that have been returned and inspected to see if any faults. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, store credit is offered in that instance.

Items returned to Bohémsky must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached.

Sale, discounted and bather items are deemed as final and will not be accepted as a return or for a store credit unless deemed faulty.

 

Procedures for returns/exchanges/sore credits:

-Item/items must be mailed back to Bohémsky within 7 business days from the date of purchase (14 days for International customers)

-Items must be in original condition when received by Bohémsky to be eligible for store credit/ return or exchange.

-The item must have all tags attached

-The item is not for sale, discounted or a bather item.

 

Items that are returned to Bohémsky that are not in original condition will automatically be returned to customer and Bohémsky reserve the right to deny a return when we determine the item/items are not in new condition.

If you cannot find anything in the store that you want to exchange for we will issue you with a store credit that must be used within 6 months of issue. The store credit will include the original purchase price and will not include the cost of shipping.

We do not provide returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection.
