Covid-19 Shipping Update: Delivery delays 

There are currently delivery delays in the Australia Post Domestic network due to:

  • reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
  • a significant increase in parcels volumes
  • hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network 

Please know that although your delivery may take longer to get to you, Australia Post is working tirelessly whilst extending their operating to 7 days a week.

We at Bohémsky are working to get your deliveries in the post as soon as possible to reduce delays in parcel times as much as possible. 

Please note on all orders: Please ensure correct information is given when placing an order so the order is shipped to the correct address. Bohémsky will not be liable for unreceived parcels once they have been dispatched and contact will need to be made to Australia Post and the shipping company used within your country.

 

Australia

Orders made in Australia will be sent via Express Post with free delivery.

 

New Zealand

New Zealand customers will receive free delivery, with an expected shipping time of around 3-10 business days. 

This is final prices and does not include customs duties, taxes and any other fees that may be applied and is the full responsibility of the customer. 

 

United Kingdom and Ireland 

Free delivery for standard international shipping. International orders should arrive within 7-10 working days once payment has been received.

For Express International Shipping the rate is $50.00 with estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days once dispatched.

This is final prices and does not include customs duties, taxes and any other fees that may be applied and is the full responsibility of the customer. 
 

USA & Canada

Free for standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days once payment has been received.

A rate of  $45.00 for international express shipping with an estimated 4-7 business days for delivery once dispatched.

Returns postage 

Please not that postage will not be covered for change of mind returns. In the case of a faulty item, Bohémsky endeavours to cover postage cost to return item with proof of receipt including tracking number of the parcel. The return cost amount will be deposited into the customers account once the item has been returned and inspected for faults.
